Lucia & Andy are both from London. We have lived it our whole lives and with a combined experience of over 30 years in the London real estate market professionally our passion and commitment to the capital remains stronger than ever. We are also enjoying excellent investment success across the UK and we are immensely proud of what our teams are doing across the country.
Having formed and led a successful multi-million pound buy-to-let agency in Canary Wharf for nearly a decade (2012-2021), we quickly realised while serving our investors in that area that the returns in the buy to let market were limited and many of our clients tasked us with finding more creative and profitable ways to invest in the UK real estate market.
We started in the Rent 2 Rent market (2015-2021) where we ran a successful business operating across East London providing landlords with guaranteed rents while remodelling the properties as either HMOS or Serviced Accommodation offering our investors secure returns alongside a healthy profit margin.
Our development endeavours started in 2017 in the county of Sussex, where we bought and remodelled several residential dwellings into high performing, income-generating HMOs on the periphery of Gatwick airport. Seeing opportunity in Staffordshire as the next high-yielding geographical area, we joined forces in 2020 with Ian Beckett in IBAM Property Solutions, transforming disused properties and brownfield land into highly demanded residential developments. We continue to invest in specific target geographies, joining with partners and local experts using private capital funding to collaboratively build assets and improve the property landscapes of renowned UK towns.
Due to our success we subsequently sold our buy to let agency in 2021 to focus our efforts on helping investors and clients buy & invest into exciting real estate across London and the United Kingdom.

Following a 17 year career as an EA in the City, Lucia started up a corporate and serviced accommodation business based in Canary Wharf, managing and refurbishing properties on behalf of landlords and subletting them to capitalise on the best opportunities in the marketplace.
With a broad experience managing businesses across an array of sectors, Lucia is well placed to lead our property development operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, providing the best returns on our clients’ investments.

A self-starter in real estate investment at the begining of his career with vast interest and knowledge in commercial to residential developments, working alongside Lucia and Andy since 2021, providing development opportunities, investment analysis, investor marketing and much more. Viny’s proven ability to identify development opportunities while performing complex investment analyses and providing investment appraisals for our development opportunities.

Having spent all his life in Stoke-on-Trent, Ian identifies the unique opportunities the city presents for development, and leads the execution of projects in managing our Power Team of contractors on the ground here.

Having built a highly successful residential agency in Canary Wharf from the ground up, Andy sold his remaining share of the business in 2021 to focus full time on developing his own property portfolio.
With over a decade’s experience as a buy-to-let investor in the south east, Andy has a vested interest in securing improved returns from UK property as an asset class, in alternative geographical areas.
